| thursday, may 1 - on the way to freiburg, germany. the gig in worgl wasn't very packed, but i met/talked to a few people that came. we're playing very well after all the time off we had. i'm really getting comfortable playing them as a band, rather than just along with the cd. it's amazing how little that prepares you for the live shows. anyway, the really amazing thing about worgl was the hotel and the view we had from our rooms. i ran in the morning after breakfast, up a forest mountain that overlooked worgl. there was a stream in a ravine that i wen down to and did the whole splashing water on my face... it was really refreshing, fast running water over rocks, unbelievable place. i took a whole roll of pictures on my dispsoable camera on the run... i'll have to upload those pics. definitely the most beautiufl place i've seen thus far. i got the name of the hotel and web address so i can come back someday. www.hennersberghof.at - go there and check it out. :) |
